Lars Hulbaek graduated in health economics from Odense University in 1992. Lars has been employed by MedCom since 1997 and as CEO since 2014. MedCom is a publicly funded non-profit organization. For more than 30 years, MedCom has ensured the national spread of standardized data sharing between general practitioners, hospitals, municipalities and pharmacies in the Danish healthcare system. From 2027, MedCom will be part of a new and larger national healthcare IT organization; "Digital Health Denmark".
